Our lens of choice for blended vision patients.

We first began offering the nanoFLEX lens in late 2010, after a study presented at the Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Ophthalmology suggested that the nanoFLEX is ideally suited for blended vision patients.

Like the Acrysof IQ lens, the nanoFLEX lens provides crisp, clear vision, especially at night, because it corrects a type of distortion known as spherical aberration. In addition, the nanoFLEX is made of a unique material called Collamer that has a built-in anti-reflective layer.

We are excited to offer the nanoFLEX lens, because we believe using it along with the blended vision technique will allow more of our patients to enjoy greater freedom from eyeglasses after surgery, in large part due to the fact that blended vision with the nanoFLEX is much more affordable than techniques that utilize true near and distance presbyopic lenses such as the Bausch and Lomb Crystalens, Alcon Acrysof Restor and the AMO Technis, yet patient satisfaction remains very high.
